But these worries are like buttons that start the pressure. It's how you think about and deal with these buttons that makes you feel more pressure in your games.

Too much pressure can make it hard to focus on what's important: doing the steps right now to play the best.

Focusing too much on pressure can make the game feel like it's do-or-die, where everything is super important.

Remember, pressure comes from ourselves, not just from the game we're playing.

It's important to focus on what you can manage during your time in the game, not just on winning or feeling worried.

If you start thinking too much about pressure, you can’t stop and think about your regular moves and the things you can handle. Because the results of the game aren't something that you can always control.

That's why I like making routines because they help you feel ready and save your energy for the game, not for things that aren't as important.

When watching a big game where things are really tense, usually the person who stays calm can do the job better.
