3. Basketball IQ: Experience builds basketball IQ. Whether from games, practices, or watching film on other players, learning from various perspectives enhances your IQ on both ends of the court.

Impact winning by making winning plays, especially on the defensive end. Defense, focused on effort, will always get you on the floor through deflections, charges, steals, and defensive rebounds.
