Andre Drummond (11-year NBA veteran) coached an NBA Top 100 Camp for high school players a few weeks ago. A clip of him coaching and providing insight to players went viral shortly after.

Andre Drummond is someone who has experienced extreme highs and lows throughout his NBA career and he mentioned that in the video. He is aware of his mistakes and the attitude adjustments he should have made that turned out to be extremely costly. He is trying to ensure that the next generation of players can learn from his previous mistakes.

LeBron James showed up unannounced to the BSN Finals in Puerto Rico. It was very cool to see LeBron showing love to this league and the people of Puerto Rico. There has been a common theme of NBA stars supporting other leagues around the world. This is a testament to the global growth of the game.

Another thing we can learn from is when LeBron showed love to a young fan. LeBron recognizes his own stardom and influence he has on fans and took the opportunity to embrace a young fan.
