Be somebody that makes things happen.
1 Skill to Work on:
Form Shooting. Begin each basketball workout by making 5 shots at 5 spots right under the hoop.
Focus on your balance, having your elbow in, and holding your follow through.
Do this before you start your workout.
In life, we can “form shoot” by studying for a test, by preparing for important converations at work, or by doing extra preparation before our day begins.
1 Headline to Learn From:

When something in our life does not go according to plan, we must learn to respond, not react. Pause, take a breath and consider the situation. We are all making progress, we must be patient with ourselves on this journey of life.
